Martech is not a broker, a futures commission merchant, or a registered commodity trading advisor, and does not manage or direct anyone's trading account. If you create an account, enroll in a program, or buy a product, you agree to give accurate information and keep your login secure. Prices, product contents, and refund terms are shown on each product page at the time of purchase.

 

OUR CONTENT

 

The site's text, lessons, graphics, tools, and downloads belong to Martech or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publish them, or use them to train or build another product, without our written permission. Market data, charts, and widgets shown on the site belong to their providers and are subject to those providers' terms.

 

ACCEPTABLE USE

 

Do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to break its security, scraping it with automated tools, posting unlawful or misleading content in comments, or impersonating anyone.

 

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

 

The site links to outside websites, including funding firms, trading platforms, and data providers, some through referral links (see the Affiliate Disclosure). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies.

 

NO WARRANTIES

 

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." Market data may be delayed or inaccurate, and schedules and contract specifications can change. We do not promise that the site will be accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted. Always confirm important information with the official source, such as CME Group or your broker.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Martech and its owners will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the 12 months before the claim.

 

GOVERNING LAW

 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

 

CHANGES

 

We may update these terms. The effective date below shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
